Pay & Information

• Late model equipment (2002 and newer tractors)
• $1.30 per mile loaded
• $0.65 per mile empty
• $100.00 Load/Unload pay
• Fuel taxes and permits paid
• 3500 miles per week (average)
• Paid weekly
• Out-and-Back program originating from Houston, TX and Baton Rouge, LA areas
• 50% empty (Returning to the Gulf)
• Fuel Surcharge ($0.35 per mile average)
• Our Owner Operators are paying $1.30 - $1.35 per gallon with fuel being $3.15 national average

Driver Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of age
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) from state of residence
• 3 years recent over-the-road tractor/trailer verifiable experience with a regulated carrier
• No unexplained gaps in employment history over 30 days in the last three years
• No excessive number of jobs in the last three years
• Must successfully pass a minimum of a 1 year DOT Physical, pre-placement drug screen and a company required conditional offer of employment evaluation test “COEET”.
• Motor Vehicle Record
• No DUI / DWI , Impaired Driving or Implied Consent convictions within prior 10 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the prior 24 months
• No excessive Speeding, Reckless Driving or Careless Driving convictions
• No Felony or other convictions that prohibit entry into Canada
• No more than 1 preventable accident/incident creating damage in the prior 36 months
